Bangalore/ Food Street Bangalore is filled with Street Food and most of the Bangaloreans prefer street food than any Muti- cuisine or Star hotels. Every area is flooded with street food which differs from one eating establishment to another. The Government of Karnataka also promotes such eateries and make livelihood of many people easier. This is my list of eateries which I think is the best and must try Food Streets in Bangalore.
1. Food Street Bangalore, V.V Puram
Starting with the best encounter a vegetarian can have is the V.V. Puram Food Street in Basavanagudi, Bangalore. Also known as Thindi Beedi, The food street is by far the best place to be if you are a vegetarian and want to grub on endless vegetarian fast food. This road situated in the heart of the city is a must visit. From the righteous Idly- Vada-Dosa to the spicy kick in the pants Chats, V.V. Puram has got it all. With lip smacking endeavors of the south Indian cusine domination the entire food street. Also as good as the south Indian food is the north Indian delicacies. With Punjabi, North and come of the western delicacies are sold here.
After a heavy fast food jolt, you must try the Rose Gulkand Bun which is sold at the Shivanna Gulkand Centre. The Gulkand can also be customized with honey and butter, which also acts as a palate cleanser. The food sold at V.V. Puram Food Street is very pocket friendly and very enthusiastic to many new visitors. This place street should be on top of your list if you’re a vegetarian and have a light pocket.

2. Shru Sagar- CTR Malleshwaram
The CTR dosa is well known to all Bangaloreans for its Crispy outside and tangy chutneys’. The Establishment goes back many generations and many individuals are second or third generation customers who go back to this place for their tasty breakfasts. The Restaurant has six decades of experience of serving smiles to local Bangaloreans. This is a place to be if you want the fresh crispy dosa early morning in the Food Street Bangalore.
This Tiffin Room is situated at Margosa Road in Malleshwaram. The timings of this establishment are 7:30am-12:30pm and 4pm-9pm.
