Lester Group has sold four Jandakot development sites to three separate buyers for a combined $3.47 million.

The sites, at Lot 1, 2, 3 and 4 Imlah Court, initially formed part of a larger site that will house Prudential Capital’s recently approved $17 million Jandakot Business Park.

This follows Lester’s deal in May to sell 100 Prinsep Road to South Australia’s Capital Prudential, to make way for the industrial park.

Ascot-based obstetrician and gynaecologist Bhanu Deval purchased Lot 4, with plans to build a day surgery on the site.

Lots 1 and 2 were purchased by a small property development syndicate and a local business owner purchased Lot 3, where a home on the site will be retained.

Effective Property Solutions brokered the deal for the lots, which were about 1,950 square metres each and zoned residential.

EPS Project Development Services senior project development manager Ollie Salimi said EPS was initially engaged to provide subdivision advice to Lester Group.

“As expected, there was strong demand for these prime residential development sites which are just 20 kilometres south of the Perth CBD,” he said.

“EPS will stay on board to help the syndicate buyers of Lots 1 and 2 develop, project market and sell 10 house and land packages on the land in the near future.”

The lots are 500 metres from Aventuur’s proposed $100 million Perth Surf Park and to schools, shops and public transport.
